To get you started we've put together a base package which starts at just £600, and also includes 10x 24/7 tickets to be used across your MSP client base.
If and when you go over your 10x allowance, it couldn't be simpler. You then pay just £30 per ticket.
Our per ticket model is perfect if your users typically have a low IT support requirement, or if you're not yet sure of their support levels.
When you regularly go over your pre-purchased tickets, all we'll do is ask you to buy another pack of 10x to keep our support teams working efficiently.
