Our Triage+ package offers additional support to keep your team focused on high-priority tasks. This package includes all the benefits of ‘Triage’, plus added first-line helpdesk support - ideal for Managed Service Providers looking to slightly lighten the load on their on-call technicians.

Professional Call Answering

Calls are answered FAST by IT professionals who know exactly what details need to be captured in a triage process. While answering using your company name, we will go that extra mile assisting end users with trying to keep them running where possible. If there is an easy workaround, or just something they needed a quick point in the right direction for, we're here to help.

10x IT Support Tickets

Includes up to ten 1st-line support tickets each month, all managed with skill and efficiency. We always go that extra mile to get the issue resolved for your clients, and signed off by you after the event, just to make sure you’re 100% happy.

1st Line Helpdesk Support

Your end-users will get hands-on(remote) assistance from our IT support engineers for basic IT issues, all of course delivered as YOU the MSP. This minimises disruptions and frees up your in-house team for more complex challenges, or prevents your on-call team being disturbed if the calls happen to be out of working hours.

Tickets in Your PSA

All issues are documented and tracked in your existing PSA system, ensuring a seamless handover and continuity of service. We have experience with over 30 different ticketing platforms, so knowing exactly how to log a case will never be a problem.

Escalation Management

We take the time to prioritise urgent issues with our escalation management processes all in an effort to decide whether issues get immediate attention, or if you don’t need to be disturbed just yet.

  Extended Support Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 5 PM to 2 AM - GMT

  • Saturday to Sunday: 8 PM to 8 AM - GMT
